Accept Instructor Invite

When you invite an instructor to your studio, they receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and join your teaching team.

How It Works

1. You invite an instructor from your dashboard
2. The instructor receives an email with an invitation link
3. They click the link and are taken to the acceptance page
4. If they're not signed in, they're prompted to sign in or create an account
5. After accepting, they're redirected to their Instructor Schedule

For Instructors

If you received an invitation:

• Click the link in your invitation email
• Sign in with your StudioBase account (or create one if you don't have one)
• The invitation is accepted automatically
• You'll see your schedule with any classes you've been assigned to

Troubleshooting

• Link expired? — Ask the studio owner to resend the invitation
• Already have an account? — Sign in with your existing credentials
• Can't find the email? — Check your spam folder
